A shocking incident unfolded on Friday night, resulting in one fatality and five individuals sustaining injuries due to a shooting in Cincinnati. Cincinnati Police Chief Teresa Theetge shared the grim details during a late-night news briefing.
The incident transpired shortly before 9:30 p.m. local time on a street within the city’s West End neighborhood, situated in close proximity to downtown Cincinnati. Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered one male victim deceased at the scene, while the conditions of the five others transported to local hospitals remained unconfirmed.

“This is absolutely unacceptable in our city, unacceptable, that on a Friday night, six people were shot in one incident,” Chief Theetge expressed her profound dismay at the incident.
