Rally justification: ‘Due Process’ is one of the most universally adopted fairness and equality under the law protection. Without it, we all would be living in an uncivilized world of the ‘survival of the fittest’. How many of us prefer to live in such a dangerously unjust system? "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly." MLK.

To our friends in the media, Press Freedom and Due Process are both constitutionally protected. Valuing one while violating the other is hypocrisy. Governor Cuomo, like all other accused, is entitle to due process. Isn’t it? What’s in it for you to assassinate his character prior to having all the facts?

What: Is Governor Cuomo all of a sudden an immediate and present danger to society now? Is there a hidden agenda against the accused? How many New Yorkers have all the facts about these allegations as of now? Isn’t the accused innocent until proven guilty? What’s the legal ground to call for the governor’s resignation before the completion of independent investigations? Are we being guided by the Constitution or by our feelings?

Background: We are holding these 'Due Process' rallies in various venues to uphold the ‘Innocent until proven guilty’ protection. Our civilization is in jeopardy when the accusers and the media have unchecked powers to decide who’s guilty and who’s innocent based on yet to be proven allegations. We also disprove of the use of ‘Perp Walk’ as it prejudiced public opinions against the accused, particularly well-known individuals.

So if you’re as concerned as we are about these two issues, please join us in protecting them. This press conference has less to do with the position of the accused and everything to do to protect the constitutional rights of all the accused.

We will continue to hold a series of these DUE PROCESS rallies every Friday at 3:00pm. The next rally will take place on Friday, March 19, 2021 in front of the Assembly Speaker's Bronx office. Followed by a rally in front of the Senate Majority Leader's Mount Vernon office.

2nd Letter to electeds:

Dear esteem elected leaders,

Thank you for the tremendous sacrifices you make on behalf of your respective constituents and for all the people of our cities and state. You are truly needed and valued public servants. God bless you and yours.

NOW: Please, please do not make mistakes that would cause irreparable harm to our system of government. Our constitution is the most powerful protection for accusers and the accused. Don't you dare not follow it with the case at hand.

It is illegal to remove or force resignation of duly elected officials without DUE PROCESS. It's illegal. It's stupid. It's uncivilized. It's harmful to all of us. You all know it. Don't do it.

There are allegations lodged against the governor. Please allow a DUE PROCESS so that you wouldn't deny him his innocence until proven guilty protection. You do not remove duly elected officials based solely on allegations and personal feelings. You can't do it. And it shouldn't be attempted.

If Mr. Cuomo is a monster, NYS has duly elected a monster. If he is a predator, we have duly elected a predator. If he is found guilty of these allegations at the end of the ongoing independent investigations, we will feel confident about his punishment. But as of this day, not a single one of you have the complete facts to make an informed, legal or justifiable opinion. Not one!
