Gotham Health, Morrisania named 2023 hypertension control champion

Gotham Health, Morrisania has been recognized as a 2023 Hypertension Control Champion by Million Hearts.

This accolade is a testament to their commitment to achieving blood pressure control for at least 80% of their adult patients with hypertension, making them the sole clinic in New York State to receive this honor in 2023.

Hypertension, a major contributor to heart disease and stroke affecting millions of adults in the U.S., remains a significant health concern. Gotham Health, Morrisania’s achievement highlights their dedication to combatting this issue, making blood pressure control a priority and successfully reaching the challenging target set by Million Hearts.
